As a litigation lawyer, Joey has a unique insight into how technology can be used strategically to ensure that a discovery process is completed as efficiently and accurately as possible.

Dan Hughes is head of litigation at Anthony Harper and is renowned for his 20 years' experience in commercial litigation, particularly in insolvency, restructuring and construction payment claims. He has been pivotal in landmark decisions shaping New Zealand's insolvency law, including being the first to apply and successfully obtain recognition of a U.S. bankruptcy in New Zealand, and to also have New Zealand liquidators recognised and appointed in Australia. Alongside Joey James, Dan is a key figure in developing Discovery Specialists.
